Recruited through a recruiting agency, first a basic test (Java, HTML) and after a couple of days a technical and HR interview. The technical interview was in English, mainly Java SE, and held with 2 Senior Developers. The HR interview was held through Skype, in Romanian, and mainly based on how you present yourself.

The technical interview was divided in 2 parts, one with the team lead and a technical engineer having a conversation about my experience and java questions with coding, the second part was a sql interview with 2 sql developers, asking questions about my experience and my sql knowledge

Entretien
The first turn was call with one of the project owner. Simple HR based questions. The second turn was a bilingual tech interview, with a lead developer, one project owner, and with one architect.

Process took several days and consisted by a tehnical interview at first with java simple questions and then a HR interview. After that i got the offer via email and send the response back in the next day.
