• Recruiting Process: The initial scheduled phone screen was a complete no-show. It was scheduled a week in advance. After rescheduling, the call proceeded without acknowledgement or apology for the missed meeting, which felt transactional and disrespectful of the candidate's time.
• Interview Experience: The next round felt rushed (cut short at 25 minutes) and focused heavily on a pre-formed narrative regarding early career roles, rather than recent, relevant experience in software and AI delivery. There was very little space allowed to explain the relevance of current work or transferable skills.
• Overall: If you have a non-linear career path or come from a different industry, be prepared for a bias against transferable skills.
