Entretien
First of all, a telephonic round was initiated. It was basically a 5 minute interaction in which the personnel told me about the company and I told them about me and the company I was working with that time. Things went well and they gave me a blog to write. Thereafter, they called me for F2F round. An aptitude test was taken then more than half an hour passed by in the interview taken by the brand communicator . I was asked again to write a blog. After that, I was called after a week or so and the Marketing and HR head took the last round. That's it!

Great, friendly, and encouraging process. 4 Levels of interview. Teams want to know about your personality and potential. The process was smooth and seamless. Punctuality at interviews is appreciated. I loved interacting with team and HRs.
