First a chat with the Senior Finance Manager to get to know each other. Just a few days later an interview followed with the hiring manager and the Finance Director. It took 1.5 month to hear back from Under Armour and the email just mentioned that the position had been filled. No personal feedback.

applied through ripplematch (recruiting site), 2 informal phone calls with team members and 1 final interview with two managers. the final interview was basically just go through resume, with some questions about excel functions and about the company, and then a brainteaser

Began with an online interview. Very straightforward, with questions based on resume and problem solving strategies used in previous jobs/experiences. The first round interview was an online recorded interview. The whole process can be a little awkward as there is no person in front of you to judge how well you are answering the question. Each question had about a minute prep time and then a timed 2-3 minute response.
