I was first introduced to the position by a coworker from my former store. I applied via Under Armour's career site, and was sent an online form of follow-up questions that involved basic questions like my availability to work and expected salary via email by UA Talent Team. I was subsequently contacted for a interview.

How would you deal with a coworker who is being left out by other coworkers? How would you make them feel included?
