I was invited for a phone interview, which I thought went pretty well (for a phone interview, at least). I followed up with the HR manager via email maybe 10 days later, who called me about a week after that to tell me she had "feedback" for me - which was to keep looking on the website. It was very strange.

Overall it took a long time, several months. The position I applied for was changed in the middle of my evaluation process and I was assigned a different recruiter. Because I really wanted the role, I did expense a lot of energy and time throughout the process, but it was worth the experience and learnings about UA and importantly, myself. Questions were used that they said would help eliminate bias.
