J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Under Armour (Edinburgh, IN) en juil. 2012
Entretien
Very informal. I was interviewed in the shoes section of the store. I was seated on a bench and the manager was standing. She didn't have my resume on hand and had to ask me all of my information. I was hired on the spot, with only having to complete a drug test and background check.
The interview process was professional, welcoming, and well organised. It usually began with an initial phone screening to discuss my availability, previous retail experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by an in-person interview with the Store Manager, where we spoke about customer service, teamwork, sales targets, and handling different retail situations.
The interview focused on communication skills, problem solving, and providing excellent customer experiences. I was also asked behavioural questions about working in a fast-paced environment and achieving sales goals. Overall, the process was friendly, straightforward, and gave me a clear understanding of the company culture and expectations of the role.
