The interview process was fairly straightforward, but unique because it included a "Hirevue" interview, which is essentially an interview with pre-recorded questions and a certain amount of time to think of an answer and record it. After about a month wait I received a follow up email saying which department I was going to be interviewing with next. I then had a skype-like interview with my potential manager and asked questions about how my skills would work well in their department. The rest of the interview was pretty relaxed, we talked about books, areas of interest, and sports.

The company utilizes an online video-based interview process for recruitment. Interviewees are allowed to practice answering questions with the platform before beginning the interview. Question videos will be presented one at a time, then the interviewee will be allowed 2-3 minutes to answer while being recorded. Acceptance or rejection notifications will be released within the following months.
