J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Under Armour (Austin, TX) en juin 2017
Entretien
Applied online to Under Armour open positions in May 2017, when recruiter immediately reached back to me asking for my availability, within next day the interview was set up with the hiring manager. Phone interview with manager explaining my background, resume and skills review and he informed me about the position and team. Next round was another phone interview with senior software engineer digging deeper into projects, prior experience and assessing position fit. Then I was scheduled for an on-site interview round and given a take-home programming project to learn and implement a mini-product in less than 4 days and to present it during my on-site rounds. On my on-site day, had 4 rounds of panel interviews and had lunch interview with managers and senior engineer on the team. The decision to hire was conveyed to me in 2-3 business days and I gladly accepted. Very positive experience right from the conversation with HR, the hiring manager, and senior engineers, everyone genuinely cared and helped me to succeed in the interview.

I applied online after seeing a post on LinkedIn. Then I researched and found a recruiter, which. I sent a message to. I took a while, but eventually she responded.
The recruiter screen was pretty bad. It felt like she couldn't give 2 Fs talking to me. I soon found out why. She was on her way out.
After that, I spoke with the hiring manager. He was really nice and cool.
After that was a technical screen with a couple of engineers. We did a leetcode type question with a non-compiling text editor. Not great. I like to code a little, test a little. To see if what I'm doing is working. I don't agree with Google's style of interviewing in an environment that doesn't resemble the work environment. But hey, why use logic, right?
I only went through 3 of what I think would've been 4 or 5 rounds. I froze on the coding portion, and didn't pass it :-(
I'd say overall, it was a neutral experience. My experience with the recruiter, the face of the company, was negative. My experience with the folks I'd actually work with was positive. So I'd say it cancels out to neutral.

Virtual Interview, then in-person screening.
Virtual interview was pre-recorded questions and gives you 30 seconds to respond. Lots of it were non-technical questions. It did not ask me any technical questions. Prepare for STAR answers.

Quick turnaround from initial chat with recruiter to offer. I spoke with a recruiter initially about the role and company to make sure it was a good fit. Then I had a non-technical phone screen about my background and previous experience with the hiring manager. My on-site interview was set for 2 weeks after (it was pushed out due to scheduling conflicts), and I received my offer the following business day. The recruiter mentioned that the offer would have been made the day immediately following my interview, but it was delayed due to a holiday weekend. All this to say, they have a quick interviewing process and will cater to your schedule.
