Interview process took pretty long, 3-4 months. Overall the interview questions were centered around why you want to be apart of Under Armour. The first round consisted of a basic application. The part of the application was done through a recorded interview. Each question allowed you a minute to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. Not very difficult questions, however, slightly awkward talking to yourself in the monitor.
