Applied online and then was called for an on-site interview. There are some questions to answer online and the interview at the school was very friendly and comfortable. The hardest part was prepare a lesson plan for 2nd grade and implement it with adults.

Had a group zoom interview with one of the more senior teachers. He asked us a bit about why we were interested in the position and had us demo a lesson plan to get an idea of our teaching style.

Entretien
It is a multi step process. A little selective but overall fairly easy. Starts with the application, sending your documents, the initial interview, & finally, the final interview before you’re emailed about an offer.
I did a demo lesson and the. Had a one on one interview and then recieved an email stating I got the position. After the program I got offered a job at one of their schools.
