Started as a part time Sales Associate. After proven sales and reliability was offered a store manager position. Was interviewed by my direct district manager and then interviewed one on one by Regional Manager. Then offered to start as Store Manager, after background check.

Entretien
After completing application in store or on line come in store for interview with the manager. The manager will explain job duties and requirements. Then ask questions pertaining to the job. It is a casual and comfortable setting.
