the interview was arranged by the agency. There was a panel of 3 people. who interrogated me as if I was applying for the Head of MI5. the usual information was required - what can you bring to the company, that sort of thing. I did a IQ test of 50 questions (multiple answers) which were really easy. The rest of the interview was just a waste of time they just went though the motions.
