The most lengthy interview process that I have ever had. Three rounds of interviews for a coordinator position is absolutely insane especially when it pays so little. But,j the fact that I was waiting for three weeks to hear back if I had moved on to the third round of interviews was the last straw for me. I had to keep following up and was getting emails mentioning how I was a top candidate and reassuring me that I would have an answer by a certain date but would then ghost me and never reach out. I will definitely not be reapplying after being treated so poorly. Do better!
