They took 7-8 people HR, supervisors, engineers etc etc. And asked me engineering questions and supervision questions and asked me how I'd engineer and produce and machine a part off the top of my head.,,,,, NONE OF THAT IS WHAT I'M applying for. I'm not applying for engineering or supervisor.
7-8 People???? I'm not applying for the GM position.... No wonder they can't find employees.

How would you manufacture this part...... That's an engineering and programming question, not an operator's question. (I answered it correctly regardless)

Entretien
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. The recruiter was funny and down to earth. She knew a lot about the company. She explained all the steps down to reviews and wages by and the structure of the company.
