You have an initial phone interview, a timed test done online; then you have to do a writing assessment in a certain timeframe on a random topic, and then a final phone interview before you are onboarded by a member of their corporate team.

They called me and I did an interview over the phone if I recall correctly. I believe I also had to write a short paper for them to see my skills as a writer.
