The first interview was a group zoom interview. The interviewer openly admitted to not reading any resumes and didn't even really ask about our backgrounds. Red flag. The next stage was an in person interview. Upon walking in, the office was blasting very explicit rap music. I filled out a piece of paper and interviewed in an unkept and small "office". All employees and other candidates were much older individuals that have been out of work for a long time and felt like UC was taking advantage of them. Never step foot in this office.
