They conduct their interviews in batches. After checking in we were all given folders with a number attached as to where we were to sit. Next we were to take a 4 minute test regarding number sequences than another test timed at 4 minutes as well. Once everyone was done we were notified that uline is a drug free work place and if selected for the position a hair follicle drug screening would take place. After that concluded we met with managers individually to go over our resume in depth. The manager stated when training was expected to start as well as the hours and that it could take a week or so to hear back about an approval or denial.

was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
