I was referred to the position. They responded to my application submission within 2 days, where I got a scheduled phone interview with an IT HR person. Before the interview you were asked to complete 4 assessments which included a sales profile, personality tests and a writing assessment. The interview itself was about 15 minutes long where I was asked very simple questions about myself and my classroom experiences. After the interview I waited 4 days to get a rejection email. Overall I had spent more time completing the assessments than actually interviewing.
