Applied online and received a 2 page application form which I completed and took to the interview.
Upon arrivaI was registered and then given 2 short tests to complete in 4 minutes .
Then I had 15 minute or less the interview with one of the managers.
It was well organized and employees were friendly.
Basic interview questions, Tell me about your previous experience, How would your references describe you, how do you handle criticism? why do you want to work for Uline, Where do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years

The ad said management trainee, but it's just a labor job. Total bait and switch. HR person said that everyone working there started by doing years of labor. I asked her if she did. She said no. I walked. Waste of time.

Are you okay with working on the production line for 18 months?
First round was about 30-40 minutes with a Human Resources manager. I was called for a second round and was interviewed by 3 different individuals part of the warehouse management team. I was there for about 2 hours and they included a quick tour of the warehouse.
