Many levels of interviews. First was general assessment where I took two Wonderlick tests. Then I spoke to an HR person who asked me general questions. That took 60 minutes. Second interview took 3 hours. Spoke with Facility Manager and Regional Facility Manager. Third was with Branch Manager and took 5 minutes. I assume I said something he didn't like because that is as far as I got, but they warned me there were three more to go . Also, I'm pretty polished with what I say, and I wore a different suit each interview (not that it matters, but I looked professional). I sent them an email after I got their form rejection letter. I asked each of them for constructive advice for future interviews, or some insight as to why I did not get selected. Then I thanked them. No replies.

You will take 4 personality tests at home, then 2 timed math tests at the interview. The HR rep didn't explain the process or who I would be interviewing with. Once the tests were done, I was told the hiring manager would be right in, 45 minutes later someone came in and it was not the hiring manager and she had an attitude before we started. several times i was interrupted and snide comments made about my experience and age. This was very disrespectful and discriminatory. I was very disappointed that I didn't get an interview with the hiring manager. It is a shame as I went into this hearing nothing but good things about working there and was super excited to have the opportunity to work there. I have never been treated with such disrespect at an interview.
