Hard. Lots of technical questions. Very detailed about technical, data-related experience (i.e. extent of programming experience, how many rows of data you deal with regularly, what does model validation look like, etc).

A very long process with numerous tests. The testing includes several long exams that are timed. I know they are trying to eliminate people but makes the process longer and dragged out.
