What they don't tell you before inviting you to an interview is that you have to do 4 assessments online, and 2 in person the day of the interview, before the interview. So you basically get invited to an interview and have to spend time doing their assessments all week. When you arrive at the interview it's like a tv show audition, the people interviewing for the role are there at the same time, and sit and do the pre-interview assessment with you. The entire HR team that I saw there was white; take that as you may. This interview process is degrading, improperly managed, not worth it, and you're better off applying anywhere else. By the way, if after the 6 assessments and wasting your time to go in person to do an interview, you manage to get a second interview, it will also be in person. So prepare to waste 2 hours on assessments, and back and forth driving money with 0 compensation for a company that treats you like an actress with only white casting directors. And after everything, all the invested time, they send you an automated email to reject you, not even the decency to have a real person contact you. Scum of the earth doesn't begin to describe this company.

The interviewer was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience comfortable. Overall, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and moved along fairly quickly.
