I finally got to experience what getting 'ghosted' feels like, thanks to UIPath's glorious UK TA team. Thankfully after a few follow ups from me (that went unanswered), I got an automated email 2 months later informing me 'they will not be moving forward' (...). That was after I was told that I would be hearing back within 2 to 3 days (maybe he meant months, who knows!). Very poor experience and tells you a lot about the company's culture when they can't be bothered to acknowledge candidates they spent 45mn speaking to.

5 Interviews over the course of 3 weeks. Hiring Manager, HR, Hiring Manager, SVP, Panel. From the first interview with HR, it was messy. I've never had a more unprofessional HR interview; they were rude and only focused on questioning why I was even interviewing for the role. The following three interviews were not much different. Almost 100% of the time was spent defending myself and my experience. The panel interview was good because I finally got to show what I bring to the table, instead of defending myself from doubt and conjecture. I left everyone impressed. Went the distance, but no offer, which is fine. The real issue in this process was started with HR and carried through all interviews, except the final one. As UiPath matures this will hopefully change, but right now at their current phase, it's an issue.

From initial call with the area VP to the offer, it was approx 4 weeks. I was referred by two people on the team I joined so I was a known commodity. The process was straightforward and transparent. The case study interview was challenging but not too bad.
