It was really a great experience. Process started with HackerRank test. After clearing, I was reached by the HR and it was very friendly conversation with recruiter lead explaining about the company, role and benefits. Total 4 rounds of interview 1) Technical Interview - Phone Interview (Bucharest, Romania) - 2 Weeks after Recruiter discussion 2) Managerial Round with IT Head - Following week 3) Managerial Round with CIO - Following week 4) Code Interview - Code & RPA Demo - 4 Weeks after CIO interview The whole experience was good knowing the company, people, culture and also challenging part of the interview. But only concern I had is following up with Technical recruiter and People operations, I have send multiple follow up emails before & after the code interview, which I felt personally bad following up again & again. It took 3 to 4 weeks to schedule the code interview and after the interview it again took 3 weeks to let me know the results. Totally it took 3 months for the complete process, applied on March end and by Jun end I got the interview results. Yes,I understand every one is busy but my kind recommendation will be value the time of the interviewee also. I learned a lot from the whole process except the lengthy undefined hiring process. Probably good place to work !!!
