Firstly, I applied online on a job searching website. After only one day, they called me to tell me the fact that I will receive an email with a test on skillmeter.com, which was based mainly on algorithms (recursion and loops included, trying to predict what some code did) and, as far as I can remember anymore, one question about transforming from binary to hexadecimal. One day after I completed the test (I completed it pretty late in the date), they called me again to tell me that I passed the online test, then we set the date for the HR interview. That interview was mainly about my CV, concentrating on what I did in college and with my own projects. The people who interviewed me were nice and friendly. After the HR interview finished, they told me that they will contact me in one week, which they did, exactly in one week, they rejected me.
