I was initially contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for this role at Ubertas Consulting. After expressing my interest, the cofounder personally scheduled an interview with me. However, on the day of the interview, it was abruptly canceled without any follow-up. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process and overall culture. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees. A simple courtesy message or rescheduling attempt would have gone a long way.
