Interviewer was late by 10 mins
Interviewer would not turn on camera
Interviewer cut short the schedule of interview from 30 mins to 13 mins due to being late and also to claiming to have a "busy schedule"
Firstly I was declined an opportunity to interview for a role in which I had 10 years experience but then invited to interview for this role in which I had zero experience.
Then all of the above happened which led to not only a nervous (whom doesn't get nervous in an interview anyway)? Now stressed (due to wondering if Interviewer was actually going to show up or not) to rushed as the interview was cut short before even started from 30 mins to 13 mins then not being able to have any real human interaction as no camera turned on by Interviewer.
Was 100% the single most horrendous and horrific interview experience I've ever been a part of in my career to date. I often hear and read about these things happening and sometimes think the stories are exaggerated and think it'll never happen to me...
But it did. And from such a globally recognised brand that prides themselves on inclusive, and people focussed.
