Entretien
I applied through referal. I got a invitation for call with recruiter in a week and I appeared for it. HR was nice and coordinating. She asked the basic questions to know me and explained me the role.
What I did not expect was she would ask me a perticular operations case (suppy demand related) and how I would plan for it which I was not completely prepared for.
After a week I got an email that the other candiadates were suitable for the role so they are not moving forward with me.

Phone screening with the recruiting firm. Analytics test with the recruiting firm at their office. Interview with the recruiters then interview with the Hiring Manager. Job offer and salary negotiations after

Outsources their HR. Basic questions were asked and answers/resume were handed to managers after to see if we make it to the second round. Basically no prep needed for the behavioral round.
