I interviewed at Uber in May 2025. I only had an HR screen, and they decided to adjust this role to an associate instead of a manager.
The recruiter was very nice and honest about the change.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I applied online and a recruiter reached out almost within 2 days. They helped setup next round of interviews which were all scheduled on Zoom. Everyone was very friendly throughout.

1st Round Online test: not very hard, mainly filter / sort / pivot table function
2nd Recruiter phone interview: negative experience: The first part focuses on why I don't apply for operation and logistic manager, which is very wired...The second part the HR tried to conduct a case interview but failed to be a good case interviewer by not providing enough information but implying the candidate should know them all (I have never worked in Uber how can I know your metrics?)
