Hiring process is broken. Uber tech recruiter had contacted for APM role initially. I gave 3 interview rounds in a month to be completely ghosted for another month, Later I was asked by the recruiter to give interview for analyst role only to know I have been rejected w/o feedback. It is a total disrespect for job seeker's time & effort. Mind you, the whole process went on for about 2.5 months even after recruiter shortlisted my profile on their own. A similar case happened in mid 2024, where I gave 4 rounds for an analyst position after a different recruiter from Uber had contacted. The whole process took close to 3 months only to know that the position was put on hold & removed from career website as well with no update from recruiter. This is despicable and not expected from such a giant global company
