I got a call from the hiring office in the Philippines. They asked me a string of questions concerning my experiences and expectations, Then they asked scenario-based questions which were quite challenging at the time. I enjoyed the interview, but didn’t make the cut that time. However, the team leader here in Thailand later personally invited me to be an on-site outsourced staff because they really needed someone who can write. So, I got to work there for 6 months until I got the similar offer from Netflix. I chose Netflix in a heartbeat.
