Quick call with HR with typical HR questions about my expirience and motivation. Poor call quality, We dropped off the connection at the very end of the call. It was really not professional. They didnt ask for my sallary expections, but they proposed sallary in advance. 8400 PLN gross, 5% bonus per quarter or half year (Cant remember) for performance, atractive bonuses like monthly credits for uber and budget for well being, First 3 months WFO, then 60% WFO, Despite original and high bonuses the sallary was quite low as of today in Poland. HR emailed me with the decision after 1 day. I have emailed them for feedback and heared nothing.
