J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Started off with a few calls with the recruiter, then got set up with a technical phone interview with one of the engineers. The question was pretty easy, any fool that knows how to code should get it. Then I was called for an on-site interview. There were a couple of easy technical questions, and a lot of them wanted to discuss a problem I solved or what I do at my current job. So in the end, I had to explain my work like 3 freaking times to 3 different people, which is probably my fault for talking about the same thing, I probably should've prepared different problems to talk about.
Very smooth, interviewers were friendly, on-site and all interviews in the same day. Managed to grab lunch and talk about the company culture. Good guidance throughout the process. Two coding, two system design, one bar raiser, one hiring manager.

The interview process begins with an initial BFS screening to evaluate overall fit and relevant experience, followed by three virtual onsite interviews that focus on coding ability, an in-depth discussion of technical background and past projects, as well as behavioral and collaboration-related questions to assess communication and teamwork skills.
