Initial shortlisting was done on the basis of a two hour online quantitative and data analytical test, followed by two phone interviews which were focused on solving case studies.
It was fast and I almost felt rushed. I don't think the interviewer was prepared for me and they didn't take much interest in the company. I declined the job offer because of the interviewer.

The process took a bit of time.
I appeared for the interview and waited for more than two weeks for the result.
Interview was average yet it demanded strong persuading and convincing skills.
Even a bit of quantitative analysis had to be done between two business strategies.
