I started the process by getting in contact with a recruiter. The recruiter was supposed to call me. She never called me. She apologized and rescheduled. She still didn't call me. This happened 3 times before I said I'm pulling out!

It was a lot of work - about 8 weeks in total, got to the last round and got rejected - was told I would have been second choice. I learned a lot prepping for these interviews so all in all a positive - bit annoying how long it took though.
