I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter one week later. The process included a phone screen with the recruiter, and a one-on-one with the hiring manager, and a final one-to-many meeting with the team.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was asked to discuss a project I had previously worked on that was listed on my resume.
Fairly standard process for a role like this one. Take home, live case mirroring typical scope of role, behavioral interview. Pretty quick moving and good communication from recruiter. Fairly low comp and unwilling to move beyond bands.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (Washington, DC) en mai 2019
Entretien
The recruiting process I underwent followed the sequence below, as described by others:
1. Contacted by Recruiter on LinkedIn
2. Phone Screen
3. Uber Analytics Test V3.1
4. Video Conference
The Uber Analytics Test V3.1 focused on Excel skills and understanding Uber's core business, operations and metrics. Review of pivot tables and other commonly-used Excel for Business operations is a good idea.
