Longest process ever: more than 12 weeks. Experience based, situational and behavioural questions 1) Standard recruiter 30 minutes screening 2) Hiring manager interview 3) Take home exercise (which is not difficult, but very long to complete, so make sure you do not have any life for a couple of days) 4) Panel interview to discuss the exercise with the hiring manager and one/two cross-functional heads I have worked with two recruiters for the same position. Radio silence the whole time: they don't give you any feedback, any news, they just tell you you made it to the next round but no more information on anything else. The process is extremelly inhuman, unprofessional and robotic. They ask you for your availability but ignore it and then place a slot that might not be convenient. After more than a week, I wrote the recruiter asking for news and she would get back 3 days later saying she didn't have any news. Not only that is not possible, but I find it very unprofessionnal on their end to not being able to keep candidates updated on the process. Even if they have other candidates, they should be able to be more transparent and manage candidates' expectations. Almost 3 weeks after my last interview, I haven't received any news at all, even if I have sent the recruiter a couple of emails. Ghosting isn't great, specially when you are combining an assessment with a full time job. Throughout both processes they did not engage with me or made me feel valued. Even though I could still be in the process, I would not want to work for them.
