Disorganized interview process. After the initial HR screen I was ghosted by the interviewer because the recruiter got the timezone wrong. Did the first interview and solved the problem, moved onto the second one and apparently didn't pass.
The only feedback I received was "we've decided to move in a different direction". Just like the drivers with my UberEats order amirite?
Very smooth, interviewers were friendly, on-site and all interviews in the same day. Managed to grab lunch and talk about the company culture. Good guidance throughout the process. Two coding, two system design, one bar raiser, one hiring manager.
