J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (Santa Monica, CA) en mars 2013
Entretien
Long vetting process because there were a ton of people applying for driver jobs. First they give us the rundown about the company. We have to take a test; then we interview. They also do a background check on applicants. After that I went through a training seminar where Uber defined and explained the rules to follow as a driver. We then get our equipment. Our cars are also checked out to make sure they're in good working order.

Question 1
Interviewer asked were a lot of hotels were located in Los Angeles. I knew some but not all. He said they have a lot of passengers who want to go to hotels. I've been driving for Uber for more than a year and only had three trips to the Standard and Roosevelt Hotels.
was pretty straightforward. Provided documentation and that was the brunt of it I think unless more is planning to come at some point doen the line. over all it was a pleasant experience and i'm looking forward to driving around
