Phone interview then followed up with an assignment with respect to Financials. Assigned was about reporting profit loss at city level. Then on-site interview 4 rounds, each round is for one hour.
There are several steps in the process including a screening by the manager, a case study, a virtual SQL test, and an interview panel. The case study is a take home with which you have a week to complete.

Question 1
There are a mix of case study questions that aim to understand how you think through a problem. Then there are behavioral questions to gauge how you fit with the company culture and values.
HR interview (resume, behavior),
hiring manager interview (case), business case at UBER
and final round (case, sql).
overall, it is a fair interview process. the whole process take about 4 weeks.

There are 3 rounds of interviews for this level after initially shortlisting on the basis of assessment.
The assessment consists of aptitude questions quite basic ones, but also statistical questions which were tough for me.

Round 1: Technical round - Asked me a SQL question and expected the simplest way of writing the query.
Round 2: Case Study round - Asked just one question - Uber Eats is about to launch in a city, give me 5 metrics to understand the success of Uber Eats.
