Proceso largo y retador. Empieza con un par de entrevistas por videollamada, luego un examen de habilidades, un caso de negocio, un panel con varios jueces, y una entrevista final presencial.

En las primeras entrevistas me preguntaron sobre mi perfil, y mi reacción a varias situaciones que se me pudieron haber presentado en mi trabajo anterior.
Very poor communication, weeks between contact with the recruiter, despite reaching out to them and letting them know that I have other processes running. One of the interviewers during the case study phase was clearly disinterested and was not shy to show it in terms of body language.
Had a good experience through the interview process
Recruiter was very responsive even after the interview.
Quite a fair bit of behaviour questions and role related questions from the hiring manager.

Very pleasant. A recruiter reached out, then spoke to her on the phone about what I am currently doing and what the job would entail. Very typical interview. I already had a job offer that I was excited about and going to take so I did not continue with the interview process.
