Interview process was like speed dating. Nothing to do with the job. Just wanted to see if I could "hang". It was really strange but I needed the money to pay bills, so I just lied and acted like a basic valley girl and got the job.
Entretien en 3 étapes (rh, manager et case). Process assez classique et case basé sur le job d’account manager avec de la data à traiter. Intéressant à réaliser et roleplay réaliste challengeant mais plaisant à faire.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.
