I applied online and got a Take-Home Exercise after 2-3 months after applying. It takes me 1 week to submit the exercise for uber. Then Uber recruiter scheduled a video interview with the two designers via email. talked 30 minutes with each designer at Uber. They asked me to walk through about my design exercise and some projects, explain design process. Nothing too difficult, but didn't make it to the next step.

It was alright overall. Initial phone screen, portfolio review, and final on-site round. Didn't get to the final round. The interviewers were very quiet and barely had reactions. Wish they could give me a quick feedback after the interview.
