I was referred by someone who worked there. I was first sent an analytics exam. Not too hard but you need to be comfortable with pivot tables, and know some general things about the company. The following step was a quick phone screening with the recruiter. After I had provided her with my Skype username days prior, she added me as a contact, but several days later emailed me saying I had given her the wrong username. Obviously this was not possible as she had added me. When she called, I expected an explanation or apology but she simply restated that I had given the wrong username. Very bizarre and a bit upsetting to be honest. After this I had a Skype call with the hiring manager. It was a very quick call (25 mins). It went so-so, but I got the impression that they wanted a candidate with more experience managing data (although I presumed this was the purpose of the analytics exam: prioritizing aptitude as opposed to experience). A week later, I got the rejection email. Had I passed to the final round, it would have been a panel interview. Disappointing as I felt I could have been great at the job. Overall a neutral experience as the recruiter's Skype blunder was unprofessional, but the rest of the process was not- and plus, the test was fun.
