Entretien
I was provided a link to the first round of interviews after I submitted my online application. The first round consisted of 5 video submissions with 5 different prompts. Every candidate is given 5 days to one week to upload 5 minute videos to each of the 5 prompts, then the candidate is invited to the final round of interviews based on the videos he/she sends in. The final round interviews happen in the Uber office in Manila, but because I was studying abroad, I was invited to a Skype interview instead.

It was Phone Interview w/ Hiring Manager or Peer,Virtual or Onsite Loop (3–5 interviews),Optional Case Study or Excel Modeling. Process was simple, and fair and the questions asked weren't too difficult.

The interviewer of the 1st round was friendly. She just check the information generally on working permission, skills, and the projects in previous. There will be another online assessment and 2 rounds interview.

It was a new experience coming from a small organization, but the staff and hiring associate helped me prepare every step of the way. It was highly organized throughout the multi-interview process - I spoke with 5 people across 6 different 30-45 minute interview slots and also completed a home exercise
