Phone screen, second phone screen and then a personality test and written test followed by a 3-4 hour long on-site interview. Everyone was great except one person, who was rude from the moment he/she walked in and went on to judge and belittle my current employers title and their org...all the while telling me how they wish they could just keep working with the person they are currently working with (who cannot be on their team any longer and the position I was there to interview for)! Be careful, seems like there are some "bloated" ego's working in Uber's management team. I didn't get an offer, but I had already mentioned how I was not interested after my interview was over.
