I applied online, got the first contact with HR within a week, then received a link the same day with analytical test which is described here in details. I must say that I have ordered a guide with practical tests from one of the many available websites, so it was not a problem to pass it. Then within 2 days from finishing the test there was senior HR with CV/behavioral questions and "why Uber?". Then was General Manager at Operations with the same questions and some questions on metrics (how would you evaluate drivers' efficiency? how would you evaluate channels for attracting supply and demand?). Then within a week there was panel interviews with 4 managers (30 minutes each) with more focus on Uber business: how would you start from scratch in new city? how would you convince partners to join Uber? how would you estimate perfomance bonus for partners? within a week we had drop in supply from 8000 to 7500, how many drivers we need to train now to get back to 8000 supply (this is sort of estimation case where you need to get some data from the interviewer)? The last one was about modeling driver's income, the interviewer created google spreadsheet to watch your modeling process real time, so you will need to make some underlying assumptions for that: you need to google Uber fares for the city you apply (base fare, time, length), then assume average ride time and length for that city, average number of rides, cost of car, gas consumption and cost, insurance), expect that interviewer will challenge your assumption on the way. I have received the offer, but salary is below my expectation, so I am still thinking on. All the interviewers were carried out online via Zoom.
