3 interview stages. The final interview felt cold and robotic, with very little engagement, and they couldn’t clearly explain the team structure, KPIs, or processes. An extensive case study was required beforehand, but the hiring manager hadn’t reviewed it until I reminded them during the interview.
On the positive side, the talent acquisition team was great throughout: organised, smooth process, and very clear on expectations.
