Entretien
The first round was good . My Interview was at 10 AM but I have reached early so my Interview started at 9.30 AM . The Interviewer asked Project Managament Fundamentals and also gave some scenarios like " How do you Identify Risk in your Project" . He asked about the formula of CPI, SPI etc and about my Current Project . I cleared the First round and was Informed by HR within 5 min after the Interview was over .
HR called me for 2nd Round after a gap of 2 weeks as the interviewer was not available . The Interviewer from starting was looking very aggressive and it appeared as if he is not willing to pass any candidates . He asked whether I have handled any Development Project from Scratch . "Don't give me PMP answers . Have you done Risk Management ? How will you do Competency review of Mechanical guys as this Project is related to LRU ?" He was giving a wierd look as if he is wasting his time taking Interview . He Finally asked me to leave and escorted me outside . I think they should show some respect to the candidates and also give time to respond . If any candidate is already managing a project then why he would appear for Interview to his company . People who are having less salary or less experience only will apply .
